1.0− Le ménage n’était pas fait correctement, poussière sur les lits, cheveux coincés dans la manivelle du volet roulant, des mouches partout et le sol sale, une odeur de cigarette dans la salle de bain. Le personnel est resté cordial et nous a proposé un autre appartement. Nous ne sommes pas restés, nous sommes partis dans un autre établissement.
