− ZIMMER MIT SEEBLICK?? ABER Hallo, das ist eine Frechheit und Geld pro Nacht für 200.00 bis 220.00 absolut nicht wert. Mein Zimmer hatte nur Parkplatzsicht, ich konnte keine Stunde draussen sitzen, die Autos waren 1 Meter von meibem Fenster entfernt. Musste meine Dtore den ganzen Tag unten lassen. EIGENTLICH ist der Preis mit Can.$ 951.00 einfach eine Abzocke, mehr nicht.

New and clean. But noise and parking were poor.
7.0The suite was very clean. It was newly renovated and in very good condition. it was nice to have the full kitchenette. The location would be great for families as it is close to the beach and restaurants.
− Our suite was on the bottom left hand corner (ground floor). From the beginning of check-in at 3pm there was loud music playing from a hall right next door. (I think it was a wedding) We thought it would eventually die off and did around 11:30pm. Several guests from the hall continued to party directly outside my bedroom window (about 2 feet away).. until at least 1pm. The reception was closed (i think starting at 7pm) so there wasn't anywhere to voice complaints to. I texted them a message in the booking app and received a nice apology for the noise and they said other people complained as well. The people upstairs were noisy until late as well. Not sure if it was just our bad luck because of the location of our room as well as a wedding happening right next door (obviously this doesn't happen everyday) but it did make our stay unpleasant. The walls were reverberating from the noise. The room was clean and nice enough but I didn't think it matched the price we paid for it. When I checked out the reception was kind but I wouldn't return. Also parking is an issue. There are only a select amount of spots for the motel. When we arrived there was only one spot left and we didn't drive anywhere else for fear we would have nowhere to park afterwards (the streets in the surroundings were busy and you also had to pay)
Overall, it was ok. Bringing earplugs next time.
7.0Modern and recently renovated. Close to everything.
− Some maintenance needed, despite the recent reno. Door lock/latch broken. Noisy neighbors. Little soundproofing between rooms. Noisy AC unit. Strange layout to pullout bed. Once pulled out, you can’t walk by to get to the bathroom. Floors all scratched as people clearly drag around the sofa to set it up in better locations.
