7.0Comfy beds and great hot breakfast. Safe, clean location.
− Lobby was often dirty. Night staff not very friendly. Modern, urban design is rather cold and a bit uncomfortable.
It's a good place.
8.0I did like the room layout. Also, loved having a coffee machine in the room. The staff was very friendly and professional.
− I didn't like that the shower door didn't shut all the way. The floor was getting unnecessarily wet. The swimming pool was too cold to swim in, it felt like a cold plunge. Plus the door fob didn't work going from the sun area to the pool area.

It was one star only because of poor customer service
1.0Absolutely the worst customer service we booked two green beds got there in the middle of the night. We were only there for a few hours paid the full night price. The receptionist gave us one queen bed then argued with me that I only booked one queen bed then I pulled it up on my phone and showed them that it was two queen beds after showing and proving it to him. He still kept insisting that it was on bed then started blaming the booking website booking.com
