Schönes Haus in ländlicher Umgebung
8.0Wir waren Ende Oktober/Anfang November für 11 Tage in der Villa Erontas. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das notwendigste (Shampoo, Seife, Waschpulver etc., sowie Zucker, Salz, Öl, Kaffee) wird seitens der Vermieterin gestellt. Zur Begrüßung gab es Süßigkeiten und eine Obstschale. Sehr nett! Das Haus ist gut für Familien geeignet. Bei der Buchung mit zwei Paaren ist zu bemerken, dass die obere Terrasse nur über ein Schlafzimmer zu erreichen ist, ansonsten gibt es nur 2 Außensitzplätze vor der Haustür oder Sitzplätze in einem oben offenen Außenraum ohne Aussicht. Im dem Schlafzimmer mit Terrasse fehlen im Schrank die Regalbretter. Eine Garderobe im Wohnbereich wäre schön sowie eine Decke zum Kuscheln für Abends (es war doch Ende Oktober etwas kühl). Die Klimaanlage funktionierte hervorragend und konnte gut als Heizung genutzt werden. Für die Übergangszeit wären auch etwas wärmere Betten gut gewesen, da man ja nicht unbedingt die Klimaanlage anstellen möchte. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mit schöner Aussicht bis zum Meer. Links und rechts neben der Villa gibt es jeweils verlassene Häuser/Ruinen. In dem Dorf gibt es ungefähr 50 Einwohner. Zeitweise nervten die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft sehr. In dem Dorf gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Der nächste Mini-Supermarkt sowie Tavernen sind 2 km entfernt. Die Tavernen sind allerdings sehr gut. Ein Auto ist unabdingbar! Zum Strand von Kalyves sind es 10 km. Katarina (Vermieterin) war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

10.0Établissement spacieux et bien entretenue. Loin du bruit priche des habitant. Parfait pour eviter le bruit touristique.
