4.0ホテル内は薄暗く日当たりが悪い。部屋は古くカーテンも故障している。洗濯物もとても乾きにくい。 サービスのレベルが低い。朝食付と言うがすべての日程で準備ができていなかった。朝食付というべきでない。清掃係はコップを洗うことを怠っていた。

8.0Very friendly and customer oriented staff, the first room they gave me was not in good condition, on telling them they upgraded me to next category which was much better. The hotel is very well located with easy access to any place in south Bangalore.

8.0AMC Comforts is fairly a home away from home. Staff are very courteous, always willing to not only meet client expectations but exceed it whenever possible. Amenities are fairly decent. AMC Comforts is strategically located close to medical facilities, tourist attractions and other convenient consumer options. My stay with family was pleasant and I really appreciate the staff for making our stay wonderful. One feedback would be to have on-site accessibility option (such as a wheelchair) for mobility-affected persons.
