Heerlijke vakantie gehad in een prachtig resort!

Prachtige zwembaden, mooie kamer en heerlijk eten. Goed en vriendelijk personeel die zeer adequaat en snel handelde. Klant is hier echt koning.

− Dat niet alles inclusief bleek te zijn. Blijkbaar moest je 7 nachten of langer verblijven om van alle restaurants gebruik te mogen maken, wij verbleven 6 nachten, dit was ons van tevoren niet duidelijk gemaakt. Is ook niet goed aangegeven. Ook moesten we apart betalen voor het binnen zwembad wat we heel jammer vonden. Aankleding van de restaurants was zeer sober, geen schilderijtje aan de muur, geen plantje of kaarsjes op de tafels, zeer kaal en klinisch waardoor het er niet zo gezellig uit zag allemaal. De verlichting in de lobby was ook vrij fel, terwijl die er wel mooi en verzorgd uit zag verder.

A fabulous first family trip away!

From the moment we checked in we felt looked after. The staff gave us a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful junior suite (room 711) which included a la carte breakfast each morning. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and with it being our first trip abroad with our 5 month old baby it was appreciated. The hotel itself is modern and feels luxurious whilst also catering for families with a kids club and playground. We were able to book the a la carte restaurants with ease and we didn’t have a bad meal at the buffet. In the past at other hotels we have found buffets to churn out the same food but they managed to do something different and it was all beautifully presented and fresh. I cannot compliment the staff enough on what brilliant customer service we received, at no point did we ever felt overlooked. Every single staff member we encountered was polite but most importantly happy! We already cannot wait to rebook and bring our families with us next time!

− The only downside was our room location had chickens behind the room which did wake us up early. However it wasn’t enough for us to complain but perhaps something to be aware of.

המקום פשוט מושלם העובדים וכל הצוות מעובדי הקבלה ועד המלצרים בחדר אוכל, בלובי ובסנייק בר היו כל כך אדיבים כל כך נחמדים, תמיד בחיוך בגישה טובה עוד לפני שמתיישבים ניגשים לשאול מה נרצה לשתות

− לא היה דבר כזה היה מושלם וחלום!

A honeymoon to remember for sure!

The food was fantastic, and the staff was beyond nice and helpful. Everything is super clean, and the all-inclusive option is well worth the money. We even got a room upgrade, and the staff brought us a little cake and a bottle of champagne along with a nice little message to celebrate our honeymoon. All in all a fantastic stay we will surely remember forever :)
