2.0I booked online on Expedia and paid. I arrived expecting to check in. Instead the staff insisted that the hotel had not received payment from the online platform and tried to get me to pay a second time. I refused and showed them the receipt from Expedia. I had to threaten to get the police involved before they relented. Their food and beverage prices are outrageous and the quality is not good. They try to rip you off at every turn. The rooms I got either didn’t have a working safe for my valuables, or had one that was unusable. Trust me, you don’t want to stay here. It is gross, the area is sketchy, they are dishonest, and it isn’t good value for the money. You would be better off staying somewhere else.

Good option in downtown Windhoek
8.0The hotel is a good option to stay in downtown Windhoek if you are interested in spending a day walking around. Windhoek is not a very exciting city, but you can find yourself things to do for 1 day at the beginning or the end of a trip through Namibia. The hotel is in a good condition overall.
