素晴らしいホスピタリティのホテル！コスパ、空港からのアクセスも最高！
9.0メッセージはとても丁寧で、ホスピタリティに溢れています。 宿泊当日は、無理なお願いにも快く対応いただきました。 ホテルも清潔で、空港からも近いため、とても便利でした。空港の迎え無料サービスもあります！ プールも広く大満足です。 朝ごはんも品数が多かったです。 小さな子供連れの我々に多くのサポートをしてくださり、最高でした。 値段も安く、また泊まりたいです。
− 一点、夜遅くの便で到着し、空港からの迎えサービスをリクエストしました。スタッフがアライバルエリアで出迎えるとのことでした。しかし当日、係員がおらず、3往復し、約10分ほど探しましたが不在でした。 そのため自身でタクシーに乗りました。 ホテルに着きチェックイン後にスタッフから別のエリアにて待っていたとのこと。 この点はもう少しサポートしてほしかったです（何番の柱にいるなど）。 こちらが現地シムが間に合わずホテルに電話できなかったことも、影響しました。
Fantastic hotel and outstanding staff
10.0This is my fifth time staying here and it is a fantastic hotel, very traditional yet modern. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is super comfy, lots of amenities in the rooms. Breakfast is a wide choice to suit all tastes. The staff here are very friendly which is what make the hotel outstanding. The bellmen are all fantastic, knowledgeable and welcoming, I don’t know all their names but Mr Long, and all the bellman are great, and the young man who picked me up at the airport was lovely. The front of house team and breakfast staff are lovely, especially Phoung who always remembers me, as do most of the staff. A special thank you to the deputy manager Simon/Quy who booked me in my favourite room without me requesting it! The pool is lovely, the area is authentic and I have no complaints at all .. will be coming back most definitely 😊
− No complaints at all , but we would like to see more sunbeds at the pool, but that’s only cultural as Brits love to sunbathe !
