9.0Henkilökunta erittäin avulias ja kohtelias. Spa oli mahtava. Huoneessa ei ollut kokolattiamattoa ja se oli hyvä. Valoisa ja viihtyisä huone, isot ikkunat ja leveät ikkunapenkit

7.0Location - walking distance from a beautiful Tallinn old town. They have gated parking (Paid) with couple EV chargers (Paid separately). An interesting, old building.
− Exterior of the hotel does not match the interior/room. Exterior looks good, but the room do not really match the photo of the rooms that you are booking. Our room what smallish and darkish, just one roof window (not what I expected, nothing like a room photos when choosing here). All except one ceiling lamps had one out of two bulbs working. There are missing pieces in the bathroom, and there is something that looks like mold. Bathtub could use some better cleaning. Water from the tap has chlorine smell (because of the SPA?) good thing there was some bottled water. You could think someone was locked in that room and tried to crawl out through the only window judging by the damage to it :) Breakfast area is too small for the amount of people eating there. Parking is limited and tight.

− Sisäänkirjautuminen ei onnistunut: minulta veloitettiin epähuomiossa varaushintaa 50€ korkeampi hinta. Respan selitys: ei muistanut nimeäni oikein (olin 5minuuttia aikaisemmin ilmoittanut nimeni ja saanut varaamani huoneen avainkortit). Tilanne korjaantui johtajan saavuttua paikalle, mutta jätti käynnistä ikävän jälkimaun.
Hyvä palvelu, rauhallinen hotelli.
