8.0Mooi resort met heerlijke kamers. Schoon, goed ontbijt en vriendelijke personeel. Mooi uitzicht en zonsondergang bij het strand.
− Geen toilet bij het zwembad. Er was een toilet bij de receptie, maar daar kon je niet in badkleding naartoe. Daarnaast was tijdens ons gehele verblijf de damestoilet niet toegankelijk. Hierdoor genoodzaakt om naar toilet op de kamer te gaan echter was dit steeds een flinke klim in de hitte omdat we helemaal bovenaan verbleven. En let op dat zwemkleding kan verkleuren in het zwembad; mijn net nieuwe witte bikini werd bruin. Personeel was wel zo vriendelijk om deze 2x te wassen (echter waren de vlekken er niet volledig uit te krijgen)

8.0We had a wonderful stay at Ao Prao Resort. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. Our room was spacious, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax. The staff were exceptional—always smiling, kind, and genuinely committed to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Their warm hospitality made a real difference. The resort offers three restaurants, and we had excellent meals at all of them. Having several high-quality dining options on-site was a great advantage. The beach is beautiful and, in our opinion, the nicest on the island, especially compared to the eastern side of Koh Samet. While there were times when the beach could have been a little cleaner, it was still a wonderful place to swim, relax, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, we had a fantastic and relaxing stay and would happily return.
− One small area for improvement would be the shower water pressure, which was a bit weaker than expected. During one day of our stay, strong waves washed a considerable amount of debris onto the beach. While this was clearly due to the sea conditions, we felt the cleanup could have been more thorough.

Credit card provided during the booking process will be used for guarantee purposes only. A prepayment deposit via payment gateway or bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide further instructions.
Please note that from 1 November 2017 onwards, guests are required to pay for the admission fee to Khao Laem Ya Mu Ko Samet National Park by themselves at the resort reception desk. Guests are required to show a photo identification and the credit card used during booking upon check-in. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name. Please also be informed that the property will strictly not allow guests to check in if the holder's name of the credit card used during booking is different from the guest's name.
In case that the guest does not bring his/her own credit card used during booking, the guest will be required to pay the full amount again at the front desk. The total amount which was previously deducted from the credit card used during booking will be refunded to the same card within 30-45 days.
