Nagyon jól felszerelt apartman ! Minden IS volt benne ! Mosógép és szárítógép is !!! Komplett konyha ! Super volt !

− Megérkezésünkkor már senki nem volt a recepción, ezért 0 információk volt hogy hogyan kapjuk meg a kulcsot, vagy kártyát, és egyáltalán melyik a mi apartman-unk ! (??) Végül a falon elhelyezett kb 100 éves műanyag telefont felvettem és vártam mi lesz... Kicsöngött és egy alig hallható női hang közölte hogy még nincs minden kifizetve, ezért adjuk meg a hitelkártya számát! Más lehetőség nem volt, így levontak +180 USD-t, azóta sem tudjuk mire... (??) Majd megadott egy kódot amivel a falon levő fém trezort kellett kinyitni. A telefon annyira ócska volt hogy alig hallottuk mit mond!! Kb 20x elismételte a kódot, és nem nyílt a trezor ajtaja - mert nem balra hanem jobbra kellett tekerni a gombot !!!! Meséljem mekkora stressz volt ez kb 8000 repült mérföld után a világ végén állva ???? Végül minden rendben volt, de a kártya átvételének kommunikációját FEJLESZTENI KELL !! A legjobb lenne egy 0-24 recepció !!!! Vagy egy modern videotelefon !! Sok sikert !

Muy buen apartamento con cocina muy bien equipada, baño grande, lavadora y secadora. Además disponía de toallas de playa, parking gratuito y piscina.

It was close to our tour, friendly staff, laundry in room, two bathrooms

− Pool smelt way too chlorine , bed made my back hurt, sugar ants everywhere and bugs, floor felt dirty

La habitación era espaciosa y bien equipada. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, cerca a las playas, a las que se puede llegar caminando. Las instalaciones cómodas, la piscina estaba limpia y el estacionamiento amplio.

− No hay nadie que atienda y tampoco informan de eso. Para hacer el checkin puedes utilizar un teléfono ubicado fuera de la oficina de recepción, la cual estuvo cerrada durante toda mi estancia. Sin embargo, el teléfono no funciona bien. Tuve que trasladarme, a las 6 pm (la hora en que llegué), más de 4 kms a otro hotel para hacer el checkin.
