− Needs to be updated. The view was disappointing. People up above use were noisy.
Great location,met our needs but could have been a little cleaner.
5.0Staff was friendly and the place was easy to find.
− There was old food in the freezer, used coffee filters in the coffee pot, and there was lots dust on the night stand lower shelf.

8.0Staff was super helpful. Called me when we were having a late arrival!
− The steps for the upstairs rooms were up 5 steps and down 5 steps making it difficult for getting luggage upstairs. The night manager came along as I was going down the last 5 stairs and carried my suitcase. She was so helpful.
The receptionist is very accomodating and she has a sense of humour.We had a great stay .

7.0We did a last minute reserve, like, a 20 minute before 10pm reserve! Once we arrived I noticed they closed at 10 and I began to worry, staff quickly showed up from outside and checked me in, AFTER closing! We unloaded our car and made our way to the room and went to open the door, as my husband watched the staff drive away from the property, our key card, it wasn't programmed to open the door. I turned to go to the office and my husband informed me that the worker had left, it was now close to 11pm and panic set in, when a very sweet girl came up with a arm full of groceries asking if our card wasn't working, when we said no she without hesitation put her groceries on the walkway and proceeded into a door with the keycard and when she returned with it, it worked. I heard a soft voice an this girls kiddo ran to her as she continued with her groceries, AND her kiddo, making us a priority in that moment! I will never forget that sweet girl and Americoast.
− The bed was way to firm for my liking, and the coffee of course, I always want more coffee for in the room!.... Addicted to coffee a little bit!
