המקום מקסים! צוות שירותי ביותר, מתקנים מתוחזקים ומפנקים. המלון במקום משגע אבל מרוחק מאוד מהמרכז ומציע הסעה פעמיים ביום לאזור למאי וצאוונג.

עזבתי את המלון באמצע החופשה ורציתי להציע אירוסין שם בסוףהצעתי במלון אחר!!!לא להתקרב!!!!

אהבתי מאוד את החדר מרוהט יפה עם בריכה ממש יפה

− מדובר במקום הכי מרוחק שיש מהכל בערך הייתי במעל 50 מלונות בתאילנד בחיים לא התנהגו אלינו כל כך מגעיל.. שירות לקוחות שמזכיר את המלונות הכי גרועים שהייתי בהם ואפילו הרבה יותר גרוע באמת גישה ממש חמדנית. ורציתי לצאת לקנות לשתות באמצע הלילה הייתי צריך לשלם 2000-באט מונית דרך המלון וביקשו ממני יותר סתם עד שהוכחתי שרק קניתי שתיה מי שרוצה לסבול מוזמן להגיע לשם סגרתי חדר בתאריך מ9.7 עד 13.7 ויצאתי ב10 לחודש ברמה שלא יכלתי להישאר במלון הזה הוא פשוט הרס לי את החופשה.לקחתי חדר ב10000 באט בתוך העיר במלון פחות טוב ונהנתי פי מיליון בקיצור לא להתקרב

Lacking in atmosphere

The staff were very approachable and the included breakfast was a strength with a good variety, and the possibility to order from the menu.

− Pool areas are small and lack any sort of atmosphere. Often diesel boats were starting engines up opposite which would blow the gasses to the pool vicinity where people lay. The main problem is price of all food and drink in house. We ordered all from grab at 1/4 of the price and others evidently followed, meaning the bar and restaurant was empty most evenings which again made the hotel feel like a ghost town. Happy hour should encourage guests to drink at the bar but from 4-6pm is just too early.. the timings should be from 4-8pm to allow guests time to come back from trips etc and enjoy the advantage of the discount at the bar. Instead the bar remained dead so we went to the Air Bar down the road at the Intercontinental hotel, really classy bar with a strong happy hour selection and adequate timings.

Great reception, uniqueness and privacy, great room

This is one of the best hotels my family and I have ever stayed at. Everyone made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff at the front desk, the restaurant, and the spa were all so friendly, kind, and always happy to help. We had the chance to try the spa, and it was such a wonderful experience. Our daughter had her very first kids’ spa treatment, and she absolutely loved it. A big thank you to Khun Aum for taking such great care of her and making her first spa experience so special. We’d also like to thank Khun Nong and Khun Dream for the amazing massages. They took such good care of my husband and me, and we left feeling completely relaxed. You both are truly amazing! Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be back if we get the chance!

A Small Resort with a Big Heart

Our stay at this small vacation resort was arranged by a travel agency that put together a custom vacation for us. It turned out to be an excellent choice. We stayed in two villas with private pools. Even though the weather forecast isn’t usually ideal for this time of year, Koh Samui - and especially the southern part of the island - is a welcome exception. The weather couldn’t have been better: mostly sunny, with pleasant temperatures of around 30 °C. The attentive and friendly staff looked after us throughout our stay. The spacious rooms were kept spotlessly clean, as was the pool, and the regular menu was complemented by themed evenings such as BBQ nights and steak nights. I don’t know if it was because it was the off-season, but even though we occasionally met other hotel guests, most of the time it felt as if the staff was there just for us. It’s also great that breakfast is served from 6:30 a.m. It gets light very early here, and despite our packed schedule, we always had enough time to enjoy a relaxed breakfast before heading out on our early morning excursions. The food at the hotel was excellent, and although there were the occasional minor imperfections, nothing was significant enough to detract from our stay. After twelve wonderful days on Koh Samui, we’re leaving a place that has truly found a special place in our hearts, and we sincerely hope we’ll have the opportunity to return someday.
