10.0This is the third time that we stay as a family at Palazzo Ripetta and the hotel has become our luxury "home" in Rome. The hotel redefines what Roman elegance is. Ideally located on the quiet and yet very central Via di Ripetta, Palazzo Ripetta is a celebration of the Roman spirit. The architecture and the blend of modernism and classicism are simply breathtaking. Once a convent, the hotel has been renovated to reflect comfort, beauty, and luxury And at Palazzo Ripetta, everything is simply magnificent. The rooms, the restaurant, the private Piazzetta Ripetta, the winding walls, the Bernini salon. This is where you immediately feel that you are welcome, and this is where you always want to go back. Now, of course, there is the splendid building, but even more, there is the perfect staff. At Palazzo Ripetta, every staff member will make you feel welcome and every staff member will make sure that you will spend an unforgettable Roman holiday. At Palazzo Ripetta, you come as a client and leave wishing you could stay here forever!
An excellent choice of hotels!
10.0I found the Palazzo Ripetta to exceed my expectations. We found the property to be located in an excellent area, with many shopping and restaurant experiences within walking distance. It was a short cab ride to attractions including the Vatican and the Colosseum. The staff really went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Every single staff member that we met was extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room - a junior suite- was spacious with a a nice bathroom and shower. Never a shortage of fresh towels or water. The morning breakfast buffet was deliciously and they even brought a boxed breakfast to us prior to our departure at 4am the last morning. The lobby and surrounding areas are very pretty, and the rooftop bar is wonderful. I believe the bartender’s name was Alessandro - he made excellent drinks and was very friendly - even helping us with our Italian (upon our request!) Overall, when visiting Rome again, I will definitely book a suite here again.
