True five-star hospitality — exceptional staff, wonderful breakfast, and a perfect location.
10.0The location is fantastic and the breakfast is excellent, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. From the moment we arrived, someone was ready to help with our luggage, and we felt welcomed and at home right away. Every member of the team, from the doormen and luggage attendants to the restaurant and front desk staff, was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. One small moment really stayed with me. After I finished a candy from the front desk, a young staff member noticed the wrapper in my hand and came over to offer to throw it away for me. I didn’t catch his name, but that simple, thoughtful gesture said everything about the level of service here. This is what true five-star hospitality feels like. The staff don’t just respond to requests; they anticipate your needs and make you feel cared for. Easily some of the best hotel service I’ve ever experienced.
