− I had booked my stay through booking.com well in advance. Whilst checking in the attendant at the reception told me that there was no booking in my name. After showing her a few messages she found it. This was unprofessional on their part.

10.0Service, food, location staff; everything exceeded my expectations. No hesitation in recommending this place. I had gone for the CIPLE Portuguese language exam, and the hotel was a easy 15 minutes walk from CAMÕES (which is just opposite the Panjim ferry terminal - heart of the city)
