From what I can see the Hampton Suites was one of the nicest--or nicest place to stay in Fairmont.

8.0My husband said the hotel was lovely and the man behind the desk listened to his concerns. His suggestion was not to use the booking sites.
− You canceled my reservation at 3 p.m. the day he was supposed to check in. I had to book quickly again before he got there and it cost me an extra $100. I am more upset with BOOKING.COM
