4.0The hotel is tagged as a 4 star property but believe me it was not at all a 4 star , probably a 2 star. Lobby is dark, Rooms is outdated , no wifi signal, most TV channels not working. Have to call for all toiletries 1 by 1 from a phone which has so much disturbance that it's not audible. Mattress was such that the spring was hurting my back. Breakfast buffet was average. The only good part about the hotel was thr courteous staff thats all. Highly disappointed..

8.0My stay was only for few hours, as I had to catch a flight in the night. The reception staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is good, except the bathroom fixtures have slightly old look. Hotel is close to major shopping centers. Maharaja Metro is less than a KM walk.
