Really helpful staff
8.0Spotlessly clean flat in one of the tower blocks in the area. The area is...er...full of 'interesting' characters and the locals are friendly. But there is always someone about, so it feels safe. The reception isn't manned but the phone gets answered quickly by someone to help. I had a couple of issues (to do with me, not them:)) and they were really helpful. If you aren't used to traffic noise and early morning light, take earplugs and and eye mask. No air con (I don't like it, anyways) and the windows open. Wifi was great. I used it for 5 hours solid with no glitches. I would stay again.

10.0Great apartment. Great location. Very clean (immaculate), tea and coffee provided. I was worried it might be loud as a large block with lots of young people but had one of the best night's sleep I've had in ages. Total silence. Will be staying here again next time I am in Manchester.
