4.0The staff were cordial and very welcoming. Especially the staff at the Song of the sea restaurant, they went the extra mile to support our little ones. The location is great with direct beach access and good amenities to spend the day.
− Our room was not clean and that let down the entire experience as when we pay the premium for a premium resort we expect basic elements to be place. We had to call the house keeping and get the room cleaned and this especially when while checking us they asked to ensure we vacate next day at 11 since they have to thoroughly clean rooms!

− Continuous intermittent sound (sounded like knocking/hammering/construction working) in the room. Even at night. Felt like too costly. And I'm 100% sure I booked for 2 adults and 1 child via this app but after reaching that place, resort receptionist told that "booking.com" has been mentioned incorrectly as if I'm booked for 1 adult.
