5.0The bed was extremely comfortable, especially considering the price we paid. It was a great value for the money.
− We also had a very frustrating experience during the night because the smoke alarm was beeping continuously. We tried calling the front desk, but the phone in the room was not working. I went downstairs twice to find someone for assistance, but there was no staff available. Each time, there was a note saying they would be back in 10 minutes. We even left a note at the front desk requesting help, but no one came to check on the issue. The lack of cleanliness and the inability to get assistance when needed made our stay disappointing.

− my TV situation i was there two nights at issues with the TV i guess someone had hooked up a xbox to it my last night there they brought me up a new TV so i had no TV into the very last night couple hours before i left

− No ice, fans instead of ac, homeless man in libby, didn't lock front doors.some rooms advertised a hot tub, there was only one on property, outside, not maintained , keys didn't work in fitness area. Keys didn't work for room.
