After a long, exhausting day of travel, my interaction with Martice was the highlight of my trip. His professionalism was immediately evident, but what truly set him apart was how genuinely pleasant he was to engage with — the kind of warmth that turns a tiring travel day around. I was so impressed that I made a point of asking his name, which is not something I typically do. Having traveled extensively to some of the finest hotels around the world, I can say with confidence that employees like Martice are rare. He represents the very best of what hospitality should be: attentive, professional, and genuinely personable. Marriott would be wise to recognize, promote, and retain Martice for as long as possible.
