− I thought the pillows were a bit stiff. I had to grab some of mine to be able to sleep. Otherwise, everything else was perfect!
Comfortable, quiet, and helpful staff.

− Had a hiccup with trying to get our room cleaned while staying there. Was told it would get done and it was skipped, but it got handled when we went to the front desk rather than asking an employee in the hallway. Also, need to provide separate hair conditioner in bathrooms.
