− From the tattooed young lady behind the counter that doesn't know the meaning of Customer Service, to the party above me until 0200 for both nights, this was my worst stay at this place. Tried to check in at 1630 but was told rather rudely that the room wouldn't be ready until after 1730-1800. When I did check in, she acted like I was bothering her. The remote didn't want to work 75% of the time. Could of been the batteries. Extremely disappointed with how this visit went.
Too expensive for quality and condition
7.0Beautiful location over looking Topaz Lake, but very dated in need of some updating for modern plugs and how about a table and lamp on each side of bed.
− Obly moderately clean room, too many random hairs on items, and on towels, yuck!
