− reception night manager not helpful person . my reservation on booking including free breakfast as i am ajenius level 2 and he get out my childrens from the restaurant with out return to me or ask me , he is avery bad person to broken achild heart . i havenot any problem to pay the breakfast if he ask me or come to talk to me although it was my right and my reservation include free breakfast,
