2.0There's a tall and overly fair guy who always sell room on direct cash basis by not registering it on books and also takes additional 1000/- for offering lower rate than the website. But the major issue is he is very rude and adamant. The Bell Desk staff more courteous than the other Front Desk team. Restriction of outside food was also not conveyed to us. Overall bad experience.
