2.0It was worst experience I ever faced, water leakage in AC, floor was dirty, food quality was very poor. It was a big mistake choosing this property. Expedia please process the refund

6.0Property is located in beautiful place. But it is mismanaged checkin process is slow , food or café services are not up to mark consists of limited menu and is not tasty either.

8.0部屋も広く、エキストラベッドも頼めば用意してくれて(追加料金なし)、シャワーもきちんとお湯がでました。 少し寒かったですが、暖房も用意してくれたりとサービスが良いなと思いました。 朝ごはんも子どもが食べれる物があったのでよかったです。 庭も広くもう一泊してホテルでゆっくり過ごすのも良いかなと思えるホテルでした。

6.0Big difference between 4 and 5 stars in India. With this 4 star hotel expect things like no WiFi working, worker in our room on break when we entered room. Passports took awhile to be returned, choices at breakfast limited but edible. Decent hotel but not in place on hotels.com map so in wrong location for us.

6.0Beim Hotel ist die Zeit stehengeblieben, schade der Garten ist sehr schön, das Personal ist hilfsbereit, freundlich. Der Pool könnte sauberer :-( sein.
