1.0The room was okay and the bed was comfortable.
− The person at the reception was extremely rude, no decision making, no knowledge of anything. He asked for my credit card and took it by himself and put it inside the posnet (WHO DOES THAT IN 2026? YOU DON'T TOUCH MY CARD). So I told him that the reservation was payed and he started being extremely rude only saying that it was not showing in his system. This person can't work in customer service at all. To the manager: Pay more to your employees and give training to them. For sure you like the 140 USD per night that you charge for a simple room. Well it's not all about earning money, you also need to give training to your employees to work in customer service. Next time don't be a rat and make sure you have good employees. And by the way, reply to my private messages in the Booking app.
