Not worth the price you pay. Not up to Hyatt standards.
2.0I arrived around 7pm for one night. There was no one at the front desk and it took them a while to come from the back. There was not a bell or a way to let someone know that you were there. I had booked a suite and went to my room. I noticed there was a sign at the elevator that renovations were going on but there was nothing on their website to let you know that when you booked. It was really dark in the room. Lighting is not great particularly in the bathroom. The drapes were all closed making it even more uninviting. The next morning I was getting ready and got a call at 9:30 am from the front desk saying that housekeeping was inquiring if I was still there…check out is 11. I had put a do not disturb sign on my door. I asked them about this when I went down stairs and they said there was an error in the system saying my room was vacant so they were calling to check…which didn’t make sense. Walls are paper thin so beware. You hear everything. The one good thing was the hair dryer…full size and worked well. Really not up to Hyatt standards and I paid way too much.
A must stay...
10.0Great location, gym, pool and bar! A must stay if you are in the Woodlands. The restaurant had an amazing breakfast selection too.

10.0Hyatt Centric has hosted our annual business event for 3 years but I've never stayed overnight. Boy was I missing out!! Great room, great bed, absolutely love this place!

Great location. Safe to walk around and easy parking access
9.0Location was great. Parking was easy. Clean and safe area free from people begging for money or causing trouble.
− The TV is so old, not even a Smart TV. The price is a little too high, I don't think it should be $566 for 2 nights. That being said, I would stay here again for the convenience and the safe environment. Also, this is Texas. I understand the 30.07 signage, but the 30.05, 30.06 is pretty ridiculous. In this day and age, traveling with a concealed handgun, especially by a licensed individual is necessary and not unsafe. Once again, this is Texas and you are also located in a very conservative area. Keep that in mind.
