− The roaches and how dirty everything was.

Requested non-smoking room but was booked in a smoking room.
3.0− I had booked a non smoking room. As soon as I open the door to the assigned room I could smell smoke. I asked to be changed to another room. But they did not have any other rooms.. Instead a manager sprayed the room with disinfectant. They offer be no discount whatsoever because of the smoking room they booked me in. Never again.
