10.0Office staff was friendly, room was clean, outdoor shower with a hose, close to the beach and boardwalk, ice machine and coffee, water cooler. Everything my family needed In one place.. Pool maintained and clean
− Only issue was in the shower in room 1 was shower flooded the bathroom floor but laid towels down
