9.0Schönes Hotel direkt an der Promenade gelegen. Wir wurden beim Check-In sehr freundlich empfangen. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer wirkten recht neu und die Größe war ausreichend. Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Badezimmer sehr gut. Beim Frühstück gab es ausreichend Platz und auch eine große Auswahl am Buffet. Die Anzahl der Liegen am Pool ist etwas gering, aber der Strand liegt ja gleich auf der anderen Seite der Promenade. Dort gibt es ausreichend Liegen, die man auch an der Hotelrezeption reservieren kann. Wir hatten auch einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage reserviert, was zu empfehlen ist, da entlang der Promenade Kurzparkzone ist und auch die Seitengassen sehr voll waren.
− Nichts, es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Außer vielleicht die Fans der Argentinischen Mannschaft im Fernsehraum beim WM Finale, die sich auch hier als sehr schlechte Verlierer gezeigt haben ;-)
Sehr gutes Hotel direkt an der Strandpromenade
9.0Guter Service, sehr nah am Strand, Parkplätze kein Problem, großer Pool
Solide, mit Abstrichen, aber bei 9,0 habe ich eine andere Erwartung.
7.0Das Hotelpersonal ist allgemein sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vorallem am Empfang wird man sehr freundlich begrüßt und es wird sich bei unseren Anliegen sehr bemüht. Die Nähe zum Strand ist super. Liegen sollte man im Hotel reserviere, da man bessere Konditionen bekommt als am Strand selbst. Wir hatten einen Balkon. Die Klimaanlage war an obwohl die Karte nicht im entsprechenden Platz gesteckt hat, das war super. Der Zimmerservice war auch mega nett. Es war sauber und hat vorallem im Eingangsbereich gut gerochen.
− Die Anlage ist allgemein etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das zieht sich durch den gesamten Komplex. Es ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung das größte Hotel an der Promenade. Wir hatten das Glück im 5. OG ein Zimmer zu haben. Lediglich die Zimmer im 5. OG haben einen Balkon. Die Promenade ist sehr touristisch, ich hätte mich im Vorfeld etwas besser damit auseinandersetzen sollen, unser Fehler, hat mit dem Hotel nichts zutun. Wir hatten lediglich Frühstück gebucht. Beim Americano läuft aus der Kaffeeautomaten erstmal braunes Wasser und dann Kaffe. Das spiegelt allgemein den etwas heruntergekommenen Zustand wieder. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, nichts weltbewegendes.
