10.0This hotel was wonderful from the very welcoming and friendly reception where I was told they had upgraded me to a double room. The room was immaculate with lovely quiet air conditioning, kettle, fridge, ensuite modern shower and toiletries. Breakfast was included which was basic but adequate. I moved from Hotel Bologna Palace Centro which was disgraceful. Beware it has NO AIR CONDITIONING.
