amazing facility but not worth the money paid for the service received
4.0amazing location and amazing views , the facilities are beautiful with stunning seating outside , great for a family and couples for a nice unforgivable break
− I mistakenly booked 2 adults and 1 child instead of 2 children ( 7 years old) the operators forced me to get a second room even when i asked them to have my little daughter sleep with us , so i ended up booking a second room that we didnt even use because we couldnt leave the children in a second room alone , breakfast is very expensive for the options that they offer , and finally the experience from the reception when checking out was not amazing when my daughter asked for water and they refused to give her after paying over 1200 euros for a two nights stay i think a bottle of water wont break the margin

Schönes Hotel an einem schönen Ort aber mit Mankos.
8.0Schöne Lage, sehr nettes Personal, schönes und komfortables Hotel.
− Das grösste Problem an dem Hotel ist das Parking. Das Parking muss man separat bezahlen 25 € pro Tag! das Parkhaus ist viel zu klein für die Anzahl Gäste und es war schwierig, einen Parkplatz zu finden in der Tiefgarage, vA am Abend. Es gibt zwar einen separaten Aussen-Parkplatz aber ist auf der anderen Strassenseite. Ausserdem haben wir das Hotel ausgewählt, gerade weil es einen Stromanschluss hat für Elektroautos. Es gibt aber NUR ZWEI Ladegeräte für Elektro-Autos und davon funktionierte eines nicht. Ausserdem werden Penalties verrechnet, auch wenn man das Auto nach dem Laden sofort absteckt. Wenn man ins Spa oder ins Gym möchte, zahlt man auch extra. Warum? Das Essen an der Bar am Mittag hat mir überhaupt nicht geschmeckt und war nicht günstig. Für diesen Preis kriegt man im Restaurants in der Nähe viel mehr geboten.

7.0− Die Garage zu kleine Parklätzte und zu wenig überwacht. Meine Auto von einem andern Auto beschädigt und es wurde keine nachricht hinter lassen,fahrer flucht .tragisch und das im Hotel Parkhaus
