The room had its own dedicated numbered sun bed on the beach (20 EUR deposit per room is required, paid by cash!!! at check-in). Beach towels are available, but also require 20 EUR deposit per piece. The hotel is extremely clean, and the reception staff are very helpful. Be prepared that in Italy, German is often more widely spoken than English. We arrived at 7 PM and they were still able to provide a parking space. Street parking costs 10 EUR per day. The breakfast selection is adequate, and everyone can find something to eat. The juice machine is not always perfect, but this seems to be common elsewhere as well. The restaurant staff are excellent, and there is even a Hungarian lady who can assist if needed. Shops, restaurants are nearby, and the area is pleasant. There is a large shared pool with the neighboring hotel, which is clean and not crowded at all. There is also a smaller pool. Our first-floor room even had a sun lounger on the terrace. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

− The price-to-value ratio is not bad, but I think it is slightly expensive. For this price, I would automatically include a beach towel, or at least charge for it only if it is not returned. At breakfast, the drink machine is not always perfect. Early in the morning, the garbage collectors can be a bit noisy, but that is the case everywhere. On the first morning, an alarm was going off somewhere from 6 a.m. for about an hour (not the hotel’s fault). Also around 6 a.m., someone dropped some metal trays with a loud crash. In the neighboring hotel, there was live music until 11 p.m. (quite loud), but it was not disturbing. Just something to be aware of if you tend to go to bed early. There were also two longer power outages (not the hotel’s fault). However, if something like this happens, it might be worth communicating it to the guests in some way before everyone goes down one by one to report that there is no electricity in their rooms (I’m not sure what the best way to do this would be). But honestly, these are only minor remarks if I really want to point out negatives. Although there are cups, tea, sugar, milk...there are no spoons in the room or at least I did not find them. Anyhow I would recommend the hotel!
