10.0J’ai commandé 2 réservations sur Booking et l’hôtel m’a maintenu tout le séjour dans la même chambre, un geste de gentillesse que je remercie énormément au staff de la réception, particulièrement à Ahmed qui a tout fait pour que je puisse être confortablement logée. L’hôtel m’a offert les derniers jours le petit-déjeuner, un geste que montre à quel point l’hôtel veille pour le bien être de ses passagers. Je le recommande vivement et j’en remercie de tout mon cœur.

Excellent séjour
10.0L’hôtel est très bien placé, proche de la station de métro ainsi que à quelques minutes de l’arc du Triomphe. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et les installations sont très confortables. Une mention spéciale pour le staff en particulier un grand merci à Ahmed qui a été d’une gentillesse hors norme. Il se préoccupe pour le bon séjour des passagers et il est très bienveillant. L’hôtel m’a offert un upgrade pour ma chambre sans même l’avoir demandé!! Je venais d’un long voyage et ils m’ont permis de faire un early Check-in ! En somme, j’espère de revenir la prochaine fois que je serai à Paris.
