− Nous avons compris par nous même car aucune communication qu il y avait eu un soucis avec la réservation de la chambre, on nous a fait attendre sans rien nous expliquer Nous avons eu l'impression de déranger quand on posait des questions et de subir le mépris de l'un des membres du personnel. Cependant je tiens à remercier Anna qui a su faire preuve de beaucoup plus de professionalisme et d'amabilité, elle semblait vouloir chercher une vraie solution. Merci à elle.
