8.0La ubicación espectacular y la cercanía al centro al que se llega dando un paseo muy agradable. La habitación grande y con unas vistas increíbles al Río Duero. La única pega, la cama que en nuestra opinión era un poco dura. El personal smsbilidimo y profesional y sus recomendaciiones estupendas. Muy recomendable

10.0Comfortable clean hotel in a beautiful location overlooking the city and river.
− It would have been nice to get food a little before 8.30 pm (especially during world cup matches :), but this option was not available, even in the bar. Also, a kettle or coffee machine in the room would have been welcome.
Room great service from the bar man terrible
9.0Room was amazing totally what i would expect from a Parador great view of the area from the room
− Bar man was very rude and ignorant charged me for drinks then did not serve them had to get the reception involved as he did not believe that i had not had them, we also ordered food and this was taken to another table when he realised the mistake we were asked if we still wanted it this took 1 hour to come from the point of ordering and it was only 3 club sandwiches. We spoke to the hotel manager the following morning expressing our concerns and she confirmed there had been several complaints similar to ours and offered her appologies to me this is not good enough and not the standard im used to from a Parador and it would make me think twice before i stayed in one again.
