8.0La ubicación, el desayuno completo con productos frescos y de calidad para empezar bien el día. Mención especial merece el personal, en concreto Soraya y su hermana dispuestas a ayudarte en todo momento ante cualquier necesidad o duda. Un DIEZ para ellas
− Las instalaciones necesitan reforma, que por otra parte, según nos informaron están previstas.

7.0Las vistas están super bien, tiene una terracita perfecta para leer al atardecer viendo la ciudad y el mar. El sitio está muy cuidado y los trabajadores son muy simpáticos.
− Un punto muy negativo fue el horario de la piscina, que es de 13.00 a 20.00. Son prácticamente las horas en las que no hay ocupantes en las habitaciones. De hecho yo no pude disfrutarla y me hubiera gustado. Otra cosa es que las habitaciones se notan viejitas. Están limpias y la cama de 10, pero se nota que las habitaciones no son nada actuales.
Bien, pero si remodelan cumplirá con la calidad que se espera de un parador nacional.
6.0Desayuno, las vistas, la piscina y la amabilidad del personal
− Está muy anticuado, Cristales de las balconeras rotos, ducha pintada que se cae a trozos al bañarte, todo azulejos muy antiguos, necesita una remodelación total. No es el Parador Nacional que esperabamos. El acceso al hotel, está super arriba de Melilla y subir es una penuria si no vas en coche.
