10.0Personale sorridente e super disponibile. Posizione. Un po' fuori dal centro ma con auto fattibilissimo. Sulla strada per giungere in soli 10 minuti al porto per la partenza delle barche per i tour guidati. Abbiamo anche cenato pietanze calde e i nostri fish & chips molto ben fritti!

9.0Staff was so cordial and professional. Gardens were beautiful. Had a nice room with a balcony overlooking the canal. Bathroom had a big soaking tub!! We watched several tall-masted sailboats as they went through the locks. Great walking trails along the river and around the hotel. Need to drive into downtown. Had a light supper in the restaurant, soup and salad, which was delicious. Breakfast was choice of buffet or order from menu, which we chose. Eggs benedit and eggs royale was delicious. Really enjoyed our 1 night.
− Nothing negative. Expect "touristy" crowd during the day as people came to watch the boats and locks. This was nothing negative as we were part of those Tourists!!
