Convenient location to Kings Cross and St Pancras stations

− Mildew in the shower. Uncomfortable beds. Insanely small. Super cramped doorways into the bathroom and shower.

The location and being situated close to international station is the only thing going for this place!

− Practically everything, the members of staff were extremely rude and very discriminatory towards my partner. The facilities were miniature, clearly a cash grab to fit in as many rooms as possible at the cheapest cost possible and it shows! Couldn’t open the door to the room to start with more then 45 degrees from the door frame, if you are on the bigger side then you’d not be able to squeeze through.. the bathroom was something out of the horror movie saw. Cracked and broken very dated tiles all over. Dirty plug full of hair from whom before and probably before that. The bedroom was priced as a double room which to our surprise contained a junior size double (my 5’10” partner was taller than the bed just for reference). They provided you with a towel, just the one and refused to provide us another when unfolding this towel it was no bigger than a standard hand towel. The reception in the morning was very stale and sour and not welcoming or thankful for you to stay, in this case I would stay away. Would be better if sold as homeless housing

This is the second time I've have stayed at the Belgrove and would stay again. I really like the fact that even though my stay have only been for a couple of nights, my room was tided and cleaned daily, something you don't get in more well-known hotel's.

− Whilst I totally agree that all hotels should be smoke free, there Belgrove does have a uncovered courtyard and could possibly be a smoking area. I really dont like smoking outside on the street, I don't feel its a good advertisement for the Belgrove, but like I say, I fully agree and totally respect that all hotels should be smoke free zones.

Small and cozy, close to station

A good price and great location right next to King's Cross Station. The room was clean and tidy, as were the toilets and shower facilities.

− The room was a little cramped, but still good for the price. There was some confusion with the staff about which room I was meant to be in and I was moved around a couple times before being put in the right room, but it was sorted without too much fuss

A fantastic location for St Pancras International and friendly staff on arrival. It is basic but clean and comfortable.
