A great overnight stay.
10.0We were only here overnight. Wish it had been longer. Spacious room, very comfortable bed, superb sea view. Great breakfast taken on the terrace. Obliging and friendly staff. Plenty to see and do in Villefrance sur Mer.

10.0Villefranche-Sur-Mer is an ideal spot to use as a home base if you want to visit other communities along the Côte D’Azur and Hôtel Le Provençal is the perfect place to stay. With idyllic views and a buffet breakfast, you are set up for an enjoyable experience. Both Lisa and Maggie at the front desk were extremely helpful when it came to planning our outings. Also Mathias at the bar was a exceptional, charming guests with his piano playing and serving some amazing french wines. I guess the only downside to this beautiful hotel are the thin walls which carry sound easily. But a small price to pay for this charismatic hotel.

Great value hotel in good location
10.0My wife and I have stayed at the Provencal many times - a recommendation in itself. It is a delightful hotel in a great location being a short walk from restaurants and public transport links. Our room was spotlessly clean with fabulous views over the bay. Breakfast is excellent with a good choice of hot and cold food and very well organised by Maria. The staff are wonderful, friendly helpful and professional, all managed by the magnificent Maggie, a lovely young lady who cannot do enough for guests. We have booked again for next year!
