4.0Personal musste aufgefordert werden für Service. Im Treppenhaus, was sehr alt und eigentlich schön ist, sind die Fenster mit Dreck verschmiert und alte, sehr gut sichtbare Spinngewebe sind grosszügig in den Fensterecken zu finden. Nicht gerade sauber.

10.0Lovely place to stay. Hôtel old chateaux, so don’t expect new hotel. It blends old tradition with comfort. Dining wonderful and food superb. Great stop off and short drive to town.

10.0Das Restaurant im Hotel ist außergewöhnlich gut und preislich moderat. Unser Zimmer im Schloss war groß und sehr gut ausgestattet! Der Aufenthalt war sehr sehr gut.

8.0Séjour agréable. La chambre dans laquelle nous étions (dans le château) mériterait d'être rénovée, salle de bains comprise.

8.0Incident avec la chaudière, absence d'eau chaude. Mise à disposition d'une salle d'eau dans un autre bâtiment. Chambre refaite, malheureusement odeur de peinture encore très présente. Service client attentif, offre de prestations en compensation.

10.0This hotel is a beautiful oasis very close to historic villages and towns. The rooms are atmospheric and well appointed, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and the restaurant is outstanding. Being at Chateau des Reynats was a blissful experience.
