10.0Fabulous…we stayed 3 days is everything that Chateau Courcelles wasn’t. All the staff were always opleasant, smiling and attentive. All the food was lovely and the 2 Michelin star restaurant was as it should be great food , great service working like clockwork…the owner Mr Nasti and his wife were always around which is nice and sets the high standards they achieve…the historic town of Kaysersberg is well worth a visit..beautiful. Great food , very high standards.

10.0This is a hotel so nice that I would almost defy someone to say anything bad about it. Every thing about the hotel is perfect (except for the poorly functioning room air conditioning) and every touch amazing. This is a miraculously wonderful hotel in an otherwise cute but small town. Highly recommend.
