6.0Great service and staff, rooms weren't very well lit and the plugs were different but the staff provided adapter which was great. Decent size room/bathroom for single bed room. Fridge and air con were good too. Breakfast could be improved. Nice view of the park.

10.0Our room was clean and equip with enough toiletries. The hotel itself is quaint and very nice. Walkable to the train station which, make it very convenient whether you want to go downtown Milan or Lake Como. All the staff were friendly and very accommodating. We had a very experience staying in this hotel.
