Beliggenheten var bra.

− Noen dager før ankomst skulle vi sjekke inn online for å få kode til nøkkelboks samt informasjon om leiligheten. Grunnet problemer med systemet brukte vi tre dager på å få avklart innsjekkingen. Prøvde å komme i kontakt med overnattingsstedet, men fikk bare svar fra AI-generert tjeneste. Overnattingsstedet ville vi skulle gjøre en manuell transaksjon til deres konto. Kontaktet kundeservice for booking.com, og kom til en internasjonal kundebehandler da de ikke hadde norsk saksbehandler. Kundebehandleren snakket gebrokkent engelsk, og sa de ville kontakte overnattingsstedet per e-post. Dette gjorde vi selv også. Fikk ingen tilbakemelding per e-post fra verken booking.com eller overnattingsstedet. Det nærmet seg ankomst, og vi sendte flere meldinger med spørsmål om hvordan vi skulle komme inn uten at innsjekkingen online var fullført. Tre timer før ankomst, fikk vi koden til nøkkelboksen og informasjon om stedet. Når vi kom frem brukte vi en time på å få opp nøkkelboksen og ringte til overnattingsstedet underveis for hjelp. Vi kom da til en automatisk AI-tjeneste. Etter en time kom en ansatt for å hjelpe oss med nøkkelboksen. Han måtte til slutt bruke verktøy for å bryte opp boksen. Opplevde dårlig/manglende kundeservice. Dårlig innsjekkingssystem online.

De locatie was prima

− De bedden zijn slecht, in 1 kamer geen airco, complex is verouderd, afstand tot zwembad en maar 1 sleutel is vervelend.

Good location although not as the pictures in the brochure. Private pool was nice

− Lots of issues with air con, no instructions how to use it. Had to contact host about Aircon and boiler. It was fixed but informed not to touch Aircon remote so unable to adjust. The Aircon was noisy. Access to property via spiral staircase, unsuitable for mobility issues.

Вся заявленная техника присутствует - посудомоечная и стиральная машины, утюг, чайник, кофеварка, фен, посуда. Постельное белье и полотенца были чистыми. Парковка возле комплекса есть, инструкции к заселению были понятными.

− Квартира на фотографиях выглядит свежее. На самом деле-стены грязные, в светильниках - мертвые насекомые, когда заехали - снимали паутину с пауками в комнатах. Окна не открыть - москитных сеток нет, а комаров даже в октябре - тучи. В ванной нет ни одной полки - ни в душевой кабине,ни возле раковины, очень неудобно. Без авто - было бы далеко идти пешком, местами нет тротуаров. Комплекс находится довольно далеко от ресторанов и Сирмионе.
