8.0Riesiger frühstücksraum trotz vielen personen wirkte es nicht überfüllt. Essen w r nie leer und schön abgerichtet, jeweils schnelle wieder nachgefüllt falls etwas leer wurde.

6.0Good location, close to the town and beaches. Cleaning wise was good but lacking customer service. If you are not italian they won’t even try to welcome you or offer information if you need it. Breakfast is very limited and repetitive , not much choice. Same pastries, cakes, fruits every day. I would stay maximum 2 days to enjoy the swimming pool but 1 week was way too long at this hotel.

4.0For having for stars and comparing to 3 strata in Siena, this hotel was not worthy the money. Pee smell in bathroom. No proper shampoo, needed to buy a cap for the pool. The gym was good!

4.0The installations are in poor conditions. Restaurant - service is unfriendly and the food served was some of the worst we have ever had. The setting and the exterior of the building are unmatchable, but the interior of the building is dated and in poor conditions.
