10.0Tout: l’ambiance, la décoration des parties communes ainsi que de notre chambre, le spa, la gentillesse du personnel, les activités proposées via les cartes offertes. L’hôtel est très calme, nous y sommes restés une seule nuit car il s’agissait d’un stop entre deux séjours mais nous aurions aimé y rester davantage.

10.0Pobyt v hotelu byl od začátku do konce dokonalý. Gurmánský zážitek v rámci polopenze plus předčil očekávání – skvěle sestavené menu, výborné suroviny a perfektní prezentace. Panoramatické wellness nabídlo nádherný výhled a příjemnou atmosféru pro odpočinek. Personál byl po celou dobu usměvavý, ochotný a velmi profesionální. Celkově jde o místo, kam se člověk rád vrátí.

3.0− Zimmer hatte den Charme einer Tiefgarage, dunkles Loch. Abendessen war kalt, Athmosphäre im Restaurant eher eines Sanatoriums als eines 4+ Hotels. Durch die Modernisierung des Hotels klarer Unterschied zwischen alt und neu. Man hat die Chance, das gesamte Haus auf Vordermann zu bringen, nicht genutzt. Lediglich die Preise sind gehoben, das hat man hinbekommen. Für fast gleiches Geld habe ich eine Woche zuvor in einem italienischen Skigebiet ein Top Zimmer mit top Essen bekommen. 100% Unterschied.
Relax tra tradizione e modernità
10.0La posizione dell'Hotel è ottima, vicino al ruscello e d'estate si sta veramente bene. Ci si può godere l'area esterna collegata alla piscina e all'area saune/benessere. Molto apprezzato lo spuntino pomeridiano, di qualità, come pure di qualità sono la colazione e la cena servita al ristorante. Ottima la presenza di campi da tennis, vicino al consigliassimo ristorante Einkehr, e la vicinanza all'impianto di risalita.
− La sala giochi per bambini e i giochi esterni richiederebbero un po' di manutenzione e magari essere rinnovati.
