4.0The rooms were not clean Parking was charged even though there was no charge on the reservation. Service was not satisfactory. We slept one night and left

8.0Located about a 20 min walk from the old town, and very easy to find. Very close to a metro station so can easily get to the Parliament building (which is probably a bit too far for most to walk to)
