Horrible experience due to abusive owner
1.0Nice pillows and firm bed
− The owner assaulted my husband. The service in the restaurant was extremely slow (15 minutes until anyone talked to us, nearly an hour for food and a beer for my husband). We were told to put our personal water bottles away, but once we saw how slow everything was and that we weren’t given water, my husband decided to take one sip from his own water while eating (he had also ordered a beer). The owner walked by, yelled at him, grabbed his water bottle, and threw it all over my husband. He was not apologetic, and the manager said it was our fault for drinking from our own water bottles. It was a Horrible experience with shockingly childish behavior from the owner and no apologies. Will never return.

4.0Das Zimmer ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung und sauber. Obwohl sehr veraltet, trotzdem noch gut intakt. Man hört den Lärm sehr gut aus den Nebenzimmern. Zimmer und Rezeption aber weiter zu empfehlen.
− Service beim Nachtessen, Kundenfreundlichkeit und Qualität der Küche. Das war alles nur peinlich. Die Wertschätzung an die Gäste war seitens Service absolut nicht vorhanden. Der Kellner masslos überfordert und launisch. Die Qualität des Essens nicht zu empfehlen (nach 75 Minuten warten auf meine Rösti bekam ich eine lauwarme "Pappe").

10.0Everything was perfect! The staff was so lovely and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I expected the stay to be good, but it was even better than expected. I will definitely return!
Fabulous location close to everything!
9.0Location was exceptional and within walking distance to both the train station, Oeschinensee cable car, restaurants and supermarket. Charming chalet. Staff were warm and friendly. The inside/outside spa was fun and a unique experience we enjoyed.

− Didn’t have Aircon but you didn’t notice it too much because the breeze from the windows was great! Wouldn’t stop me from going back!
